Haras de Pirque is located in the nothern area of Maipo Valley in the central region of Chile. This is a territory with extraordinary characteristics, able to convey a great local identity to the wine and which involves us from the early stages in a new oenological challenge.
Our approach has always been oriented towards enhancement and respect of Chilean terroir. This is a land that has a great potential for both international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and local varieties as Carménère.
The Haras de Pirque area, in particular, is characterized by a unique microclimate and is influenced by the proximity of the Andes mountains and the Pacific Ocean. The long seasons are noted for summers with tendentially warm temperature during the day and cool at night. These temperature swings favor an optimal ripening of late varieties and give the wine character and elegance with vibrant and persistent notes.
Albis, Hussonet, Reserva de Propriedad, Chardonnay Reserva ed Albaclara, available on 26 Generazioni Wine Club, represent different expressions of this unique territory.
