Vermentino means Tuscany, coast, minerality. A native variety historically cultivated in the coastal area on the border between Tuscany and Liguria,Vermentino has always been, for us, the Vermentino of Tenuta Guado al Tasso, Bolgheri.
Today, we want you to discover a different Vermentino, born from the union of the historical variety with non-traditional grapes such as Viognier and Ansonica, at Le Mortelle, in the emerging area of lower Maremma.
Vivia expresses the aromas and colors of this wonderful coastal area through an elegant, delicate and fresh white wine characterized by great drinkability and pleasantness.
This particular area, characterized by long seasons and excellent temperature ranges, gives the wine an excellent ripeness of fruit, while maintaining its balance and finesse.
We invite you to try Vivia’s new vintage, 2019.You can find it online on 26 Generazioni Wine Club.
